Return Policy for Themed Party Supply Boxes
At A Social Affaire, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, well-sourced party supplies to make your event unforgettable. Due to the nature of our products and the timing-sensitive nature of event planning, we have a strict return policy in place to ensure fairness to all of our customers.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the following reasons, returns and exchanges are limited:

Non-returnable Items: All products are sold as part of a themed party box, which includes multiple items bundled together. Once the box is opened and any of the individual items are used, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Holiday/Special Event Items: Because party supplies are often purchased with a specific holiday or special event in mind, once a prepared holiday or special event box leaves our facility, we can no longer accept returns for these specialty items. Our inventory is tailored to these specific dates, and we are unable to accommodate returns of these products after the holiday or special event has passed. However, we will always do our best to accommodate specialty item exchanges under the correct circumstances (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we want to work with you to resolve any issues. You may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- None of the items in the box have been opened and are in their original, sealed condition.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your box.
- You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number) with your return request.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If any items in your box arrive defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a return or exchange for the damaged item(s). We may require photos of the damaged products and packaging to process the claim.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as “Final Sale” and are non-returnable. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page. This typically applies to all holiday and specialty boxes.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy as outlined above.
