At A Social Affaire, we are committed to getting your party supplies to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing: All orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) EST will be shipped by the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped by the following business day, if not earlier.

Shipping Carrier: Shipping costs are determined by the carrier offering the best rates and delivery options for the given date range. The carrier and shipping method will be selected at checkout based on availability and pricing.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Delivery & Delays: Delivery times are determined by the carrier, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed to the point that it impacts your event, we will do our best to work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
