3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Process: Orders can be placed directly on our website. By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase the selected items subject to these Terms of Service. All orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping fees.

  • Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment that we have received your order request.


4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) EST will be processed and shipped by the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped by the following business day, if not sooner.

  • Shipping Carrier: Shipping costs are determined by the carrier offering the best rates and delivery options for the given date range. Shipping options will be available at checkout.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

  • Delivery Delays: Delivery times are determined by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed to the point that it affects your event, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information provided.


5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened and in their original, sealed condition. Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Holiday/Special Event Items: Because party supplies are often purchased with a specific event in mind, once a prepared holiday or special event box leaves our facility, we can no longer accept returns for these items. We will, however, work with you to exchange any defective or incorrect items under the correct circumstances.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a return or exchange for the damaged item(s) and may request photos for verification.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are non-returnable. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel orders before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our standard return and exchange policy.
